Taken beginning last year

This was taken in LAN (malaysian studies) when we were having a debate. The topic was on the case bout whether the syariah court should overrule the high court. And the weird thing was that all this was done spontaneous. No one was prepared for it. and the ppl who went up, well, was forcely picked because we look and talk like we know our stuff. I mean, we were all still new to this new enviroment, and knowing us malaysians, we couldn't give a shit bout malaysian studies. hehe.. So yea, we were kinda nervous, dah la must use the microphone to speak. isshh hehe

Was suprised i got a good grade despite the fact i didnt study one bit nor really paid attention. Well, all thanks to God. =D Now, all's left of LAN is Moral Education. booo

In just a week i broke 2 records of my own and created a new one.

On Sunday - stepping into a pasar malam after nearly half a year.
On Tuesday- eating at a mamak after nearly 3 months.
- sleeping for 13 hours straight. which is a first for me.

Okay. My other half of the holidays just went to waste. hehe
The only useful thing i ever did the whole week where i was actually USING my brains was to prepare word for cell on sat.. hehe

This saturday is some parent teacher day bull.
New couple in my class. Was suprised they got together. No one expected it. That has got to be the 5th one. Altho, i think one pair have broken up. Not sure, dont really talk to them.
New time table. I dont like it.. I want chem practical to be on Friday last to period as it used to be..
My physics lecturer,Mr. Suresh had some injury. Most probably be back next week. So, there'll be different subs taking over for the week.


It's funny how my thinking skills teacher, Ms. Esther always said my class is the worst class she has taught. and funny enough, when the results came out, we were one of the better scoring class. HAH. Like in your face woman..

some teachers are even suprised that with the marks we got, we are actually PE3 students. hehe well, who ask u to put us in on of the top classes. Worst thing is, trials is in like 5 to 6 weeks from now. and AS is in November!!! arghhh tension giler.

I found this really stupid. This conversation took place in a chinese restaurant on sunday.

Mom: What fish you have? Is the fish fresh?

Man: Ok, like that means u order steam fish la. Cause fried fish usually the fish not very fresh already. bla bla

Mom: Ok la. Anything else special u recomend?

Man: Deer ribs. *i was like eyerrrr hehe* Our own recipe.. bla bla bla.. I see you converse in english then only i recomend u the deer. if it's the chinese chinese, they will be like Deer? Don't want. Go away..

some laughing going on n more blahhhs. He kept saying, i know you will like this n that one. From the way you order can tell you want special things not the usual food.

Neway, the main highlight was the way he was talking bout the deer thing.. Esp with that LOUD voice of his.

So, my bro n i were wondering why n my dad said, cause it's a wild animal. Not that they dont like to eat wild or "exotic" animals, just the fact that they are from the WILD they dont eat them. Then i was like, if like that rite, why they eat monkey's brain, snake and all la. STOOOPID.

It's only been a week and i already feel rotten.

Rotting away by the seconds. How? I've been watching countless episodes of 24, Two and a half men, That 70's Show, Scrubs, Dilbert and Family Guy for a couple of days now. No more movies. Even after coming home from outings or meetings and such. Started since i ran out of books to read. I finished reading like 5 books already. And their thick ok. including the ones i saved for days like these. And there's nothing interesting left to be borrowed at the Book Rental shop at the moment. Maybe i'll just read the Tom Clancy book again. it's been looong since i read his books. The older ones when he was alive. They're good. K, i'm a fast reader. So sue me.

my newest series addiction. K, not addiction. Just something to look forward to watch on tv. No it's not Prison Break. i find it a lil predictable and not THAT interesting to be hyped up about. Hehe. Instead it's Commander in Chief. Not bad. It's kinda like a West Wing concept a bit.

On the other hand. World Cup's getting more interesting. Wait, it's always interesting. I mean the games are getting more interesting. eversince i mentioned about my "dissapointment" .. sheesh. should have expresssed it at the beginning of the season.. hehe


I think if i keep this up, i'm gonna go blind by all the damned radiation from the damned computer screen and tv. I mean that's all i've been doing. Sleep, go out, watching shows, world cup. It's like a routine. Gahh. Thank God I've only one week left. I'd be brain dead by then. hehe.

Brazil's hottie, Kaka scored the winning goal againts Croatia. It was a good game. There were a number of possible goals but saved by the goal keepers.
However, Croatia was always out by a little or too far off from the goal in the first half. Croatia's captain Niko Kovac sure suffered in the game.. I figured that Croatia's coach must've given it to them during the half time, that's why they played better in the second half or it could just be the crowd that gave them the boost... Brazil was a lil disorganized by then also.

Ya know, Croatia's jersey was rather distracting. haha i got distracted a few times because of their red and white checkered jerseys.. Probably one of their strategies also. To distract. hehe

I bet the only reason Australia was able to score their 2nd and 3rd goal was because Japan was still shock from Australia's first goal, altho it was the goalkeeper that took the risk to go out. oh well, I still think he's a good goal keeper.

I'd really like to see these next games, Brazil againts Australia and Croatia againts Japan. I wanna see how Australia does this time.

How ironic is this.
Yesterday i was just expressing my dissapointment towards some of the games and last night's Australia and Japan game was interesting. And a shocker too. Those socceroos.. What a history they made.Australia's not one but 3 first ever goal in the World Cup Finals. And what's better is that they scored all 3 of them in about the last 8 minutes of the game. Amazing or what. was kinda shocked. i thought japan was gonna win the game at the rate they were going.. I must say that Japan's goalkeeper played rather well. And they sure can runnn fast! They seemed faster than the Australians to me.

Was a shakey start for both of them. Most of their passes were out. or rather inacurate. Then Japan improved little by little.. in the first half that is.. second half, they somehow started to loose it. Gave lotsa room for Australia to score.. Must have been the sun.. Tho, their blocking was rather good.
Hence, Australia won. 3-1

*hmmm, maybe i should express my dissapointment more. than more ironys will happen. heheh lame..

It was good to see many of the narrowstreets youths there as it was a first for many of them. Hope they'll keep it regular. After service, had lunch and went to watch Cars at the curve with a bunch of ppl.. Well, all i can say is that Cars isnt as good as what ppl have said. Well, ok it's one of the better animation movies but it wasnt great. Got a ride from Chris Chew to bangsar. Had a "niceeee" chat bout cats.. hmmm. i would so have killed him if i knew him as a kid.. Evil kid. Thank God he's changed. hehe

So yea, exams done. Physics was the real bomb out of all the papers. Am on holiday for 2 weeks. So that's gonna mean one heck of a longgg movie-book-sleeping-lepaking-bumming-worldcup marathon.. Any good books or movies to recomend? Oh yea, does anyone have the Gubra VCD/DVD?

World Cup. Some of the matches are really dissapointing. Not gonna say anything more. It'll just spoil my carefree mood..

Friday itself i went to one utama to celebrate Sharmane's 18th birthday. Had dinner in Itallianies. After hanging around in ou, some of us went to Shealin's place to watch movie. We discovered something very shocking! Some look a likes thingi..

And saturday, went to one utama again. Cell outing for the 15 year olds. Watched Benchwarmers. Good movie i must say. I mean, it's Rob Schneider! And produced by Adam Sandler. how can anyone not like that? It's my kind of movie.. The lame jokers would love this kind of movie.. There are those who won't like it cause well, it isnt their taste and some of them are the ones who dont get the stupidity and lameness of it. So yea, rachel, shealin and I were like their chaperones. haha.. since Sam left for HK in the morning n off to US after that (That's why i couldnt go for the Bukit Tinggi trip. Seems like they had lotsa fun there..) He'll be gone for a month. That nut is enjoying while he pushes all the job to the 3 of us. tsk tsk. hehe.. And Amanda who just came back on mon joined us! The dinner with muna n nad was cancelled. Postponed. so instead had dinner with manda, john, deb, emy n shealin.. Got a ride home from chris later. Oh the joy of him using Sam's car. hehe.. And then today..

Yes. I'm back nearly after a month. So, exam started today. Stuuupid maths. Well, paper 1 was okay. but paper 6, sheesh. It wasnt ubberly hard, was a lil here n there. More like the last question.. It was just not what i thought it would have been. Geram...

Tomorrow's Further Maths. Wed thinking skills (which i must say am starting to have a lil joy of doing it. And it aint so bad afterall.) Thursday Phys n Friday is Chem. After that i'm freeeeee. Kinda la.

So yea, friday cell was good. We did I am the Resurection and the Life. And then sat, Ann shared on Heaven and Life after death. Wanna noe more go read it on Sharon's blog. I first heard it from her in Love UnAshamed last year but kinda forgot some of it. so yea, it was a good refreshing time. haha
It's so ngam that both the cell will be having cell outing. The Couz's Simply United's going to bukit tinggi but i'm not going. then Sat, Narrowstreet's Since1991 is going to OU.
Then at night i'll be having dinner with Muna and Nadeera for Muna's late bday dinner. It's so sad. Her birthday falls on the first day of exam. And Charlotte's. Yes, two of my classmate share the same birthday.

Went to BSC on sunday and there was a jaguar showcase. Arghhhh. i saw the XK sports car. dammnn nice.. the price was nearly to a million ringgit.
Talking about sports car, i've been seeing at least 2 sports car everyday the past week around the college area. And they are either the BMW Z4 or Z3 or the Smart two seater sports car.

Last Sunday was SIB's last service in CP tower. Lotsa memories there even though i was there from middle of 2003 only. Oh well, we're moving for the better. From a 500 plus seating sanctuary per service to a 1800 seating capacity hall. And that's just the main sanctuary. Next week will be the day we'll all feast our eyes on the amaaaazing place. God's been really great to us. The only thing that i wont be liking is that it wouldnt be so easy to spot friends now. hehe. Bumping into friends then would be so random. Unless, if we all seat at the same spot. It's alll good.

Going on. I was just thinking of this some days ago.
